My new favorite ice cream spot! They have lots of flavor choices, including non-dairy options for lactose intolerant folks. My favorite flavor is "Fat Elvis." Banana ice cream with peanut butter swirls and chocolate chunks. Delicious!

Every May, I am anxiously awaiting Mother's Day and the first day of ice cream season at Minnehaha Scoop. The ice creams are delicious; an intriguing variety of flavors from classics to slightly wild and quick to be gone. (Please, more Pistachio)! What tops the ice cream are the young people who work there each season. Interacting with these hight school/college freshman students brings a lightness to my steps and that Sesame Street vibe. During these times, I may need the positive reaffirmation more than I need the sweet taste of ice cream. We, Bowie n I, will find our ice cream only at Minnehaha Scoop ... until the cows come home.

Nice neighborhood ice cream shop. Prices are decent, as is the selection. Large tables to sit at outside make for a relaxing and fun place to enjoy a treat. All-around fun place that I recommend, and am happy to have in my neighborhood! Try the root beer float: it’s bIg and refreshing!

Hands down my new favorite ice cream spot. Bomb ice cream. Great service and a little bit parking. I highly recommend

It's a good local ice cream shop. There are some fun flavors and old favorites. Something for everyone.

This neighborhood spot oozes charm. Open air stand with cheerful employees, colorful walls, and plenty of benches to sit. It was packed with families when we arrived a half hour before closing. The vibe was upbeat and wholesome. The ice cream was solid but not outstanding. That’s okay though, because this place feels more like a neighborhood gathering spot for hot summer days than a gourmet ice cream shop. Not every ice cream shop can be (or has to be) Pumphouse Creamery, Milk Jam, or Bebe Zito. Minnehaha Scoop is exactly what you’d expect, and there’s magic in that.

Stand alone little spot serving premium hard ice cream! 12 or so flavors encompassing a variety from vanilla to coffee, or bubble gum. The guy who served me was awesome. Made the experience so out of this world. There are several umbrellas and benches in the front and behind the building to enjoy your ice cream.

Great flavor variety! I love fruity flavors and had a number of options. I got the key lime pie flavor and thought it was super flavorful and creamy
